The Ups & Downs of 2010

Alas, I think it is appropriate to discuss on the happenings of 2010..and the coming of 2011. How time flies. Kejap je rasa..

Ups:

1. This year I had the chance to form an amazing friendship with new people in UDM and also along my job. Also had the opportunity to work again with Dr Senawi and get to know his lovely wife, although for a short while. Their advice had given me the strength to move on. I got the opportunity to work with students and still keep in touch with them.

2. Dapat rezeki of getting a job in the Government sector. In fact, dapat 2 jobs. Siapa kata dah kahwin xde rezeki kerja kan. I got the offer to be a Pegawai Tadbir and Diplomatik dan Tutor Uitm. All this time I only wanted a job at UDM as to be close to him. But maybe my rezeki ada di tempat lain. After discussing with Dr Senawi, friends and hubby, I decided to choose PTD. Actually, working different jobs with your hubby is not all bad. Can learn more, and can talk more as we can share each other experience.

3. Furnished the house and getting a new car. Alhamdulillah.

4. Still in love with him, forever and always~

5. New addition to the family next year, Insya Allah. Really appreciate the support from friends and hubby.

Downs:

1. Have to PJJ with him for a while. We take turns to go Putrajaya-Terengganu everyweek. Tiring and costly, but it is all worth it.

2. Haven't learn to cook and communicate in the kitchen especially with family. What to say, i'm the solo-lone-ranger in the kitchen.

3.Have to plan our economy really strict this year as living in KL is more expensive than in Terengganu.

4. Still haven't understand land law fully-boo hoo..still learning how to write a paper..

So, overall, it doesn't seem to be a bad year after all, does it?

Bila...

- Bila nak dapat 4 flat..

- Bila nak grad..

- Bila nak kahwin...


Masa dah keje:

- Bila nak beli kereta...

- Bila nak naik pangkat..

- Bila nak ada gaji..

- Bila nak ada bonus..

- Bila nak belanja makan..

- Bila nak join shopping~



Masa dah kahwin pulak:

- Bila nak ada anak..

- Bila nak tukar kereta..

- Bila nak beli rumah..


- Bila...

Kesimpulannya:
Hidup penuh dengan persoalan n tekanan

Putrapost..from my view..

hm..at last i can find some time to update about my life right here..been so busy n so tired..yela..budak baru belajar..lately, i just realized that i haven't told readers what goes on here, and i'm going to elaborate further now..

currently i'm staying in Presinct 9 Putrajaya with some friends. I must say its not a bad place to stay, especially when the 1Malaysia concept can be practically used here (haha). Nearby my house we had restaurants, stalls, 7 eleven and most importantly, its nearby to bus stops, easily assessable as the buses are always on time. also, it is nearby to Putrajaya Central, where we can catch KL Transit to the airport or city, or simple ride Adik Beradik, Transnasional, Mutiara, Mega Jaya, and Kesatuan from here to Terengganu :). Well, for me, my choice is Trans (as usual) or adik beradik. Hm, this is because for trans, their tickets are exchangable. very2 practical for someone who has unpredictable schedule, like me :)

Currently, I rode a bus to and fro from work. and this means i seldom work until night time. buses are available until 11pm here, but not many people will be available at night, so..i had to plan my work. been planning to get a transportation method but haven't pass its syarat wajib yet. hopefully, before end of this year, Insya ALLAH :)

The bus fare here is 50 cents wherever we want to go, and how far we wanna go. this means that if u wanna go Alamanda from my house i'll be 50 cents. from my house to Putrajaya Central (nearby) will be also 50 cents. really2 cheap. plus, passes can be bought monthly as well. so far,so good..

About the food pulak..well don't compare it to Terengganu la kn. A bit pricey. wrong choice of shops means that Pricey+ x sedap..right choice of shops means pricey but nice. blehla diet skit for sesapa yang nk..huhu..

I choose WP3 as my work time..it means that start to work at 8.30am until 5.30pm. here, we have three types of worktime which are WP1, WP2, WP3. As for Wp1, their work time starts at 7.30-4.30pm, and WP2 8.00-5.00 (standard). as for me, i choose WP3 practically coz i cannot see myself to be back by 5.00pm everyday. so, its better to sleep more and work more, right? hehe..plus, the traffic is more smooth after 8.00 am..

On my job..

Last week i went to KK, Sabah with my bosses..and KK was not bad. nice weather. It kinda like the clouds are nearer to us here..hm, the traffic is kinda like JB, not as bad as KL. But i haven't got the time to shop anything, pearls..etc..but the main reason i went here is for learning, so i didn't feel that bad. currently i'm really2 considering to go to Kundasang for a holiday. 2nd honeymoon maybe? hehe.. insya ALLAH. There's so many places i want to explore there, and the Sabah boss already offered a good place to go for honeymoon. hm. klu ada rezeki insya Allah boleh..and take a peek of mount Kinabalu..the other place we've considered is actually Bali..but then again..its the safety factor that worries me a lot..hm.on the other hand, honeymoon kat umah jela pn ok :)

We stayed in Promenade Hotel in KK. Nice hotel, strategically located. My boss sponsored my meal along my trip (yeay)..it means a lot, especially for someone yang blum gaji like me..the food in Sabah is kinda different..for me, its kinda tawar skit..they say its because a lot of chinese like to eat that way. We went to Kampung Nelayan for dinner and had BBQ steamboat, while watching a culture show. One thing i've noticed is there are a lot of shopping complexes there. just like JB. Not too much like KL..

At the end of this month i have to attend a course in Intekma Shah Alam. So, it'll be nice to learn something new again :) hopefully everything goes well..

live n learn..

Its nearly a month since i've been here. so far, everything is ok..but my workload does not..will elaborate later. i'm going to share an experience so that everyone who read this will always beware..and learn something from it:

careful..
as am i am alone here, i really need some kind of transport to accompany my needs. and it also helps a lot if i had to work overtime til night. so, we plan to get my driving license in a place which i will name as X. on a sudden hunch, i plan to pay only little to get my motorcycle license first, although i'm planning to get a car license. that is practically the smartest decision i ever made. so i plan to attend KPP on saturday, and test on sunday. kinda hard, but its not impossible to pass..

so on saturday, miss Y promised us to wait at 8.30 sharp for our classes, plus saying, its important to be on time as i am taking KPP, 6 hours..etc, etc..

so..we waited until...9.30!! that was my first blow. and as i look at the driver, a young guy, with jewels and all that, i began to feel uneasy. very uneasy. 2,3 people (friends of the gang) started shouting and blaming each other for being late. at last, we moved to our destination, and it took us an hour to reach there..

but what on hour it has been..OMG. He's driving is so, so..barbaric!! i feel like i'm going to crash loads of time..nak muntah dia bawak kereta pn ada..as we were in a kancil, i felt that there's no hope if we crashed~

we reached there at 10.45a.m. the KPP class had started since 8.30, but they are very lenient and let me off to continue the class. before i had even settle down in the class, they announced it was break time until 12pm. so i took the chance to explore the academy..it didn't look good..

i entered the class at 11.45a.m as it'll start at 12pm..but then again, i've to wait AGAIN as they started the class at 1.30pm!!! and ends the class at 2.30pm. basically i'm not sure what i get from the class. we did not even get our revision books, only given to us during class to pinjam only..

then its time to go back~ and here is my last straw..as we rode back with the crazy car and driver, there's a roadblock made by the police. not sure what was their target was, maybe just a routine check for them. but..out of the sudden, my driver speed up our car and pass through the police roadblock. its kinda like a scene from the movie!! huhu..however, luckily, the police did not catch us..imagine, if we were caught, like, i'll be one of them too right?? wanna know because of what he drove like that? its because of he did not have a valid license himself~~lalala...

Alhamdulillah, i did reached safely to my home here, thinking about the test. just as we wanted to eat.. there's a phone call from the company wei, bila nak bayar duit yuran? klu x bayar x boleh continue..

kasar sgt2..i explained yg i dh bayar~ tp die continue scolding me..etc..at last br dia understand..

i decided to postpone my test and think first. just, don't ask whyla kn..tp i really2 need it..

on the other hand..


on my job~

Alhamdulillah, i had just been confirmed staying here in Putrajaya..so i had to wait 2 month before my hubby can stay with me here :) first step, apply quarters, and cr rumah sewa. hopefully all goes well..

i got seksyen kajian penyelidikan dan pembangunan..

but don't be fooled, bkn penyelidikan bout soil, but about land laws..wawa..but firstly i had to learn management skills first before doing laws. dunno if i can do a great job or not.. currently i already miss lab work. but no work can be done overnite, rite?

my section is full of bosses, and i'm the most junior..hm..

hopefully i can get back to terengganu this weekend..even for a short time..
i miss him la..

pray for me so i can learn and adjust fast ya, and also be a tabah person..

Full month...

Looking at the calendar,its only the middle of January..fuh..but i am feeling SOoo tired already. Really,really a challenge when u had to squeeze urself with a new life and new timetable.

Work+cooking+cleaning+washing everyday leave me with no energy at all..everynite i had to drag myself to bed.maybe i should make some changes on my schedule, but currently i had no chance of doing it..i'm planning to get some supplement so i can be more energetic..

i don't know whether i'm doing a good job or not, its just so hard to explain when ur so tired. i'm not fully recovered from my ordeal yet-i guess..it could take some time. but can i use that explanation to safe myself? i don't think so..huhu..i need to be strong..

speaking of challenges, my D-day is also coming next week-loads of things are happening right now..i just don't know which to settle first.i'm really2 nervous about the day..i'm not sure what will happen next..plz pray for me..and hope everything is fine..

of all the bad things that happened, there's a good thing within it- i got the news this week. really2 made my day.hopefully it can stay that way. probably my friends who read this noticed how secretive i am lately..hehe..i will elaborate later..

as for my marriage life- we're still searching for a house for us to rent. kinda hard finding it here..huhu..i love our house now, but it doesn't hurt to search for a bargain. we like houses with lawns, so that we can do a bit of gardening..and the cats can play around, and that sort of thing. we have looked 2,3 houses so far..well, maybe i kinda strict in these houses and all that, but hey, i'm the housewife :) my choice of houses must be : not woodhouse type, no cemetry nearby, not in a jungle or forest area, got public transport..and the list goes on..haha..

• no offence about the woodhouse, but i'm thinking of when my hubby will go outstation for days and i'll be living alone with si kucing. i'm really2 concern about safety and does a cockroach sounds and looks scary enough for u? it does for me..hehe. infact, even spelling it gave me the creeps~huhu..
• cemetry- NOT my favourite environment to live in. why? well..i don't want to celebrate halloween everyday. plus. ok. i admit it..i'm a scaredy-cat..
• not in a jungle or forest area coz i'm more concern about safety actually..
• public transport coz i don't have any transport on my own yet..

is there any perfect house around?hehe..inform me if there's any ya :)

i'm feeling soo tired..for the 100th time..hu..i'm really2 lucky that my husband really likes my cooking..he even requested for bekal sometimes..but then again..maybe we should eat out on weekdays abg. i love u.. :)
