Before going, i had received many well wishes from friends and students..and Dr Senawi and Prof Hafsah even treated us to Restoran Penyu. Currently when i'm writing this, i already missed Terengganu~
We went to KL first on Friday, staying in my sister in law's house in Bandar Tun Razak, and first went to JPA Putrajaya on Saturday to lapor diri..We were told to wish tahniah to ourselves coz we got this far..(i never had this chance before)
Surprisingly, i did not get Ministry of Agriculture. Instead, I got Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE)..or in malay, Kementerian Sumber Asli dan Alam Sekitar.

When I went to the kementerian next monday, i found out that everyone had basics in environment..huhuhu..Basically, I am the youngest PTD in NRE..i don't know what to feel..lucky perhaps?but then again, i'm kinda bummed on that day coz my hubby will go back to Terengganu that evening..
During kursus pra-penempatan, i've learned a lot of things..cuti,our salary, our responsibilities..and most importantly, our placements..i'm rooting for Putrajaya as my first choice as my husband will continue his studies in UPM this July. The staff in BPM were very friendly, and they also helped us in obtaining passes, as we need pass to go around NRE. Even if we want to go to the toilet, we need a pass to get through. in a way, its really2 hard for us to get around as a newcomer. but then again, it involves privacy and also security as a staff after this.. and of course, when i told them the name of my course, everybody just laugh..lepas tuai kn..but i'm already used to it during my degree years..
An NRE staff told me that working in Jabatan Ketua Pengarah Tanah dan Galian (JKPTG) is really2 hard. of course, as a newcomer, we believed in all that has been said. Here, as PTD, if we were positioned in sections in the ministry, we will be called "Penolong Setiausaha". They said that the phrase were taken from US (US state secretary, Hillary Clinton). However, if we were positioned in Jabatan, we will be "Penolong Pengarah". SOunds big,huh. But the job is more demanding, especially if u had to be positioned in states, but we can learn more..
After days of kursus and free breakfast, our penempatan time came..and guess what..
"Dengan sukacitanya dimaklumkan bahawa tuan/puan ditempatkan sebagai Penolong Pengarah, PTD Gred M41 di Jabatan Ketua Pengarah Tanah dan Galian (JKPTG), Putrajaya"
OMG...
In JKPTG, they can put u in states as well..tp pangkat mmg besarla..for a while, i was so sad..but then, i pasrah jela..
Tp now, they said that the government did not want to separate us, especially with families as they wanted us to be more focus on their jobs, and also their families..not to abandoned them as we work. now, i'm not sure who invented this policy (not writing names tkt salah and kena saman), tp i'm very thankful for it..
Everything happens for a reason~
This week, i had to attend kursus to learn more on JKPTG and soil..and guess what. I had to be more focus on Undang2 tanah :)..yela, my original ambition is to be a lawyer, but my matric pointer is too low. But changing my core studies is very hard. to understand terms is also another thing. currently i'm still in the process in settling down. and hoping to remain in Putrajaya for at least 2 years..
Its too early to tell best x being a PTD..after 2 years, our batch will have to go to DPA in Intan for 6 months. we were advised not to get pregnant during that time..and had to learn to swim. so i must start learning like, NOW..huhu..really2 bad at swimming..but 6 months with no hand phone..can i survive????hurm..
I really2 appreciate very one prayers for my well-beings..and pray for me so i can be a strong.. Speaking of strong, i'll be taking my lesen lesson soon enough becoz sometimes i had to go back at night..my husband wanted to buy for me a motorcycle first because its faster..takut jugak but i had no choice..had to be bravela..if not, how to go back home kn..
Plus, i had made some great new friends as well :)
